We realize many households have experienced a significant loss of income due to COVID-19 business closures. At this time, if you believe your household would now qualify for free/reduced price meals – we invite you to complete an application using School Café. That can be accessed by visiting www.schoolcafe.com. If your student already received free/reduced price meals during the school year – prior to the COVID-19 closures, you do not need to complete another application at this time. This instruction is only for households that believe they would now qualify for free/reduced meals.

We want to encourage you to complete an application even though schools are doing remote learning – because federal benefit programs that are becoming available due to COVID-19 may be tied to your child’s free/reduced price meal status. If at any time your situation changes, you may contact the board office or update your meal pricing application in School Café.”

In Building Students pictures will be during the school day.

Virtual Students pictures will be at NJES from 5 - 7 pm.

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of virtual students will be required to stay in their vehicles at all times. Please pull up along the car rider loop or bus loop. Students are to remain in the vehicle until a staff member comes to escort them to the location of the photographer. Students will need to be wearing a face covering. An isolated classroom at the front of the school is designated for picture day. Picture day and the purchase of pictures is optional, however if a student does not have their picture taken there is a good chance their picture will not be in the 2020/2021 year book.

***Bus loop or Car loop may be used, Bus loop will close at 8:30 am for arrival of buses***

Walkers:
8:30 am - 8:40 am

8:40 am - 8:55 am

Dismissal

Car Rider:
2:05 pm - 2:20 pm
***Bus loop or Car loop may be used, Bus loop will close at 2:15 pm for arrival of buses***

Walkers:
2:15 pm

Buses:
2:25 pm - 2:33 pm

*All Parents/Guardians are to stay in their vehicles at all times*

**Pre-K will be notified on their arrival and dismissal information**
